I’ve known Ashlynn for a couple of years so when her family came to visit it was the ideal time for us to finally get a family portrait session at Sand Key Park.
This was not like every family portrait session, this on has a twist. Ashlynn’s sister was pregnant and wanted to use the session to announce the news to the family.
Kaitlyn contacted me without anyone knowing and set up the plan. We would take some group photos on the beach and then I would say “everyone say Kaitlinn is having a baby!”
It worked perfectly and they were shocked! Hugging and loud gasps and even some denial, but overall the family was so excited and it was a fun surprise to mix up the family portrait session.
We got a variety of photos at Sand Key Park with groupings of the entire family and some of just the kids.
Plus, The weather graced us with a gorgeous sunset at the end!
