Any wedding at the University of Florida is going to be a really fun time and this was no exception! Maddy and Brandon planned their wedding theme to comprise of two things they both love; the beauty of nature and the FL Gators. They centered the day about making sure their guests had a great time and during one of our last planning Zoom calls Maddy mentioned it was important to to get photos of her friends. I thought that was really cool. Weddings today can be all about the details (and who had the better champagne wall or biggest charcuterie board) but at the end of the day what you’re going to want to remember is who was there with you.
The Details
The wedding colors were neutrals / greens with a pop of dusty blue and the Baughman Center was the perfect place for a romantic nature themed ceremony. The natural light in that building is Amazing.
Of course you can’t have a wedding on the UF campus without getting a photo op on the field. I have to say after all of my years watching FL Gators games I never though I’d be in the middle of that field taking bride and groom portraits!
